Kx88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, we will take all reasonable steps to assist in investigating and resolving cases reported to us.

Kx88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Account used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Member registers duplicate accounts or shares an account with another person.
• The member is involved in any form of misconduct or violation of game rules.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the kx88 support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and no pending bonus balance may remain. Valid cash balances will be returned to the member's registered bank account within the stipulated timeframe.

• Kx88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.

• Kx88 is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
